RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Label IT Ltd is committed to customer satisfaction and aims to make returns, refunds, and exchanges as straightforward as possible for both consumer and business clients.
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for items purchased from www.labelitsolutions.co.uk.
1. Consumer Returns
Consumers may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

Returns should be sent to:
Label It Ltd, 3 Sylvan Avenue, Leicester, LE5 3SN.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Custom-manufactured items (labels made to specifications) cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. Business Order Returns
Business customers may return goods only if they are faulty, incorrect, or damaged, and must notify Label IT Ltd within 7 days of receipt.
Custom labels are non-refundable unless defective due to manufacturing issues.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must:
- Notify Label IT Ltd within 7 days
- Provide relevant photographs if requested
Label IT Ltd will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–14 working days, once goods are inspected.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Custom products cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
6. Shipping Costs
- For faulty or incorrect items, Label IT Ltd covers the cost of return shipping.
- For unwanted items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
