What’s the difference between Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer labels?
Direct Thermal labels don’t use a ribbon and are ideal for short-term use such as shipping, dispatch and
retail. Thermal Transfer labels use a ribbon and are suitable for long-term, durable applications.
Are your labels compatible with Zebra printers?
Yes — we manufacture rolls compatible with Zebra, Citizen, Toshiba TEC, Sato, and TSC thermal printers.
We match the correct material, core and roll size to your printer model.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes — we can manufacture any size, material, adhesive type, and roll configuration to suit your
requirements.
Can I reorder the same label easily?
Yes — we save your specification (size, material, adhesive, core, orientation). Reordering is fast and frictionless.
Can I set up recurring orders?
Yes — we offer scheduled manufacturing such as monthly or quarterly standing orders.
What core sizes do you supply?
We manufacture on 38mm, 44mm, and 76mm cores as standard.
Can I choose different adhesives?
Yes — we offer permanent, removable, and freezer-grade adhesive options.
Do you provide free samples?
Yes — we offer free material and adhesive samples so you can test before ordering.
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No initial MOQ. Once usage is established, we recommend cost-efficient run sizes.
What is your lead time?
Typical production time is ~7 working days after specification approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we supply both UK and international customers. Shipping cost is based on destination and order size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, credit/debit card, and trade account (once approved).
What if the labels aren’t compatible with my printer?
If we have supplied the incorrect specification, we will replace or refund the order.
